Inbox is built on the base of Jamespot Slides, released since September 2026: the identity, the assistant connection, the secrets vault and the hosting in France are the same.

- A mail's page says what to do next: requests ready to paste into your assistant, and “Put in drafts” to write your reply yourself. It goes to your drafts, in the mail's thread; nothing is sent.
- A mail's page reads from the top: in short, the advised action, the mail, your reply.
- Ask for figures or a table: your assistant answers with a table at once, and every figure is computed by Inbox, never recounted by the AI.
- Every mail received has a level: important, normal or read later, by a written rule (your VIPs, a request made to you, automatic mail), never by what the mail says of itself. Your VIP senders are managed in “My mailboxes”.
- Every mail is qualified: category, stake, tone, what it expects of you, legal signals, with the words of the mail that justify it. Your assistant sorts by severity, spots what is at risk, and a mail's page suggests possible replies. Mails already read are read again.

- A finer reading of each mail: a reported problem or a question asked count as a request, a topic slipped in passing is no longer lost, the cases (a road, a site) share one theme, and vague dates are no longer made up. Mails already read are read again.
